RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!
Please note that many of our products are hand made and will have slight imperfections. If you have a completely defected item, please let us know and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Our Himalayan Salt products may vary slightly in shape, colour and size as these products are completely natural. These products may not match the image on the site exactly and therefore are non-returnable unless you have received the wrong order.
If you have received an incorrect item, we will gladly arrange for a collection of the item and return the correct item to you provided that the original packaging is still intact and the item is not damaged.
If the item has been washed, we will not be able to refund you. Please follow washing instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of your product. COLD HAND WASH ONLY for the FIRST WASH. Please refer to “Wash and Care” for a more detailed description on how to care for your clothing.
If you simply do not like the product you have chosen and want a refund then all shipping costs for collection and delivery will be on your account provided the item is still in its original packaging and undamaged.
If you have changed your mind, the product needs to be in it’s original packaging and undamaged. All courier costs for the change of mind return and/or exchange to and from our offices will be fulfilled by the customer.
If you wish to return a part of your package then a fee of R110 will be charged provided the item is in its original packaging and undamaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
